Elderly and Disabled Home and Community Based Waiver

This waiver is intended to help older adults and adults with disabilities avoid or delay having to move into institutions.

  • Home Home: personal care, respite care (at home or in another setting)

Assisted Living Waiver Program

This waiver helps cover the cost of medical services provided to older adults and adults with disabilities who reside in assisted living facilities.

  • Health Health: This plan helps pay for necessary medical services such as nursing and light medical care.
