Developmental Disabilities waiver (adults):

This home and community-based waiver is for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is intended to provide supports similar to an intermediate care facility, but allows the individual to remain in his or her own home.

Level of Care: intermediate

• Health: day habilitation
• Home: personal care services, respite care
• Social Services: case management

In-Home Supports Waiver for Children with Developmental Disabilities:

This waiver does the same thing as the adult DD waiver, but is directed at the families of children with developmental disabilities so that the children can remain in their homes and still receive care.

Level of Care: intermediate

• Health: behavioral consultation, service coordination
• Home: personal care, respite care, environmental modifications

Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury waiver:

This waiver helps people with acquired brain and spinal cord injuries live at home or in a community setting.
